When you attend your first session, it will be calm, collaborative, and focused on your comfort.

We start our hypnotherapy sessions with a conversation. Your therapist will ask about your challenges, your goals, and what you wish to achieve. Whether you are looking for support and help with stress, anxiety, or emotional healing, this discussion will help us customize the session according to what you need. At this point, you will also have the chance to ask any questions you might have.
Once we spend a few minutes talking to you, we will move into the relaxation phase. We will guide you into a deeply relaxing state using calming imagery and breathing techniques. During this part of the process, you will remain completely aware and in control the entire time. Many of our clients describe this as feeling similar to daydreaming or feeling deeply focused.
After you are relaxed, we may use positive suggestions, visualization, or therapeutic imagery to help you work through emotions, patterns, and behaviors that aren’t serving you anymore. This process is designed to support insight, emotional balance, and personal growth.
At the conclusion of your session, we will bring you gently back to full awareness. Most of our clients report they feel refreshed and calm afterward. Ultimately, your first hypnotherapy session is about understanding your goals and creating a safe space where you can begin to make progress.
