Lunch and Learn Mental Health Event!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Come join CorePoint Counseling & Coaching fomerly Known as Georgia Family Crisis Solutions for our lunch-and-learn mental health event, where we provide education, raise awareness, and share tips for advocating better mental health. Our theme this year is “AWARENESS IS THE FIRST STEP TOWARD HEALING

Awareness is more than information — it’s the doorway to healing. This Lunch & Learn mental health event creates a welcoming space to slow down, breathe, and truly understand how mental health affects our minds, bodies, and relationships. Whether you’re supporting someone you care about or navigating your own emotional weight, this event offers clarity, practical tools, and hope. You’ll walk away with insight that empowers you, language that helps you communicate better, and encouragement that reminds you healing is possible. Sometimes the first step is simply showing up — and this is the perfect place to begin.
